Thakurgaon District Police distributed awareness-raising leaflets among residents in the city to prevent coronavirus and make people aware at different areas in the district on Thursday morning.
Thakurgaon Superintendent of Police Md. Moniruzzaman distributed the leaflets among shopkeepers, pedestrians and passengers of different vehicles at various places in the district.
At the time, OC of Sadar Police Station Tanvirul Islam and other police officers were also present. Meanwhile, on Wednesday UNO Abdullah Al Mamun ordered 16 new overseas returnee remain in quarantine in Thakurgaon.
