National University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mashiur Rahman has said that they introduced the PGD course to create a knowledge-based and skill-oriented generation. He said this while speaking as chief guest in orientation of ‘Skill-based PGD programme-2023’ at National University’s PGD campus in Sukrabad of the capital.
“Our aim is to ensure radical change in the education sector.
Its main objective is not merely to achieve professional excellence,” he said.
