A private organisation, Programme for Community Development (PCD), distributed 750 bags of Eid products on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha among the poor and needy people in Chatmohar Upazila of Pabna on Saturday.
Semai, sugar, oil, dal, potato and salt were distributed in front of the PCD office at Rail Bazaar.
Chatmohar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mirza Rezaul Karim Dulal was the chief guest of the Eid products distribution programme. Woman Vice-Chairman Lecturer Firoza Parvin attended the programme as a special guest. Poura Awami League President Nazimuddin Mia, Awami League leader Mahbub Elahi Bishu, Alam Hossain, Pourashava Councillor Kamrul Hassan Mintu, Paurasava Councillor Kamrunnahar, officials and personnel of PCD and locals were present at that time.
