Principal of Tejgaon College and also General Secretary of Sarishabari Upazila Awami League Dr Harun Or Rashid came up with the assertion while speaking at a reception of successful students and award giving ceremony at Pingna union under Sarishabari Upazila of Jamalpur district on Saturday.
He also advised the students not to tell a lie. The students were also asked to say no to drugs.
Pingna Nurani Talimul Quran Madrasah and Orphanage organized the program.
Chairman of the management committee of the organization presided over the program. Upazila Awami League Joint General Secretary MA Goni, Pouro Awami League president Mijanur Rahman, Pingna Union Awami League president and UP Chairman Nazrul Islam, Pingna Union Awami League General Secretary Abdus Salam Babu, former member of Jila Parishad Fateh Lohani and others were also present at the program.
