The outgoing Chairman of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), Mohammad Sadiq was given a farewell at his office on Thursday, said a press release.
At the beginning of the programme, Sadiq paid homage to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing a wreath at Bangabandhu’s portrait on the Commission premises.
He then placed wreath on the 'Mrityunjayi' monument in memory of the martyred officials and employees in the Liberation War.
Presided over by BPSC Secretary Asiya Khatun, members and senior officials of the commission were present on the occasion.
The event was organized following social distancing and hygiene rules.
