ONE Bank PLC held its 25th Annual General Meeting on July 25, 2024, at Lakeshore Grand, Gulshan, Dhaka.
A S M Shahidullah Khan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the AGM, according to a press release. The bank declared 3.5 per cent Cash and 3.5 per cent Bonus Share in the AGM.
Besides Shareholders, the bank’s Director and former Chairman Sayeed H Chowdhury, Directors Kazi Rukunnuddin Ahmed, Shawket Jaman, Anannya Das Gupta, Independent Director Former Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury were also present.
Director Zahur Ullah joined the AGM on digital platform.
Among others, Managing Director Md Monzur Mofiz, DMD and Company Secretary John Sarkar along with Senior Executives were also present.
At the event, the chief guest highlighted the contribution of trees in protecting the balance of the environment and encouraged everyone to plant more trees.
