The New Zealand cricket team is coming to Bangladesh on Tuesday night to play the World Test Championship series. They will play two Tests at Sylhet International Stadium and Sher-E-Bangla Stadium, Mirpur.
Some of the New Zealand cricketers have returned home after the World Cup. The Ken Williamsons are holidaying in Dubai. If the remaining members of the test team join there, the whole team will reach Dhaka together.
As the tour starts from Sylhet, the Kiwis will go to the match venue the day after reaching Dhaka.
The practice of the Bangladesh team will be held since November 23. This is Bangladesh's first series of the 2023-25 World Test Championship cycle.
The Black Caps played in the last four and beaten by the host India by 70 runs at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, India on November 16. The Kiwis won five encounters and lost four outings out of 10 matches.
Tigers achieved eighth place in the world Cup with two wins from nine encounters.
