The promo video for the sequel, "Abar Bibaho Obhijaan," directed by "Abar Bibaho Obhijaan" set to release on June 8 and the promo video for the sequel was released on Sunday.
"Bibaho Obhijaan" focused on the challenges faced by husbands in marriage while depicting their better halves as a nuisance. The plot followed the lives of Rajat and Anupam, both of whom were henpecked at home. Rajat's wife was very clingy and domestic, while Anupam's wife Rai (played by Nusraat Faria) was an "urban revolutionary" who attended rallies and protests throughout the city, leaving no time for her husband. Feeling trapped, the husbands decide to escape to Darjeeling for a few days.
"Abar Bibaho Obhijaan" follows the same storyline, but this time, Rajat and Anupam are joined by Gansha (Anirban Bhattacharya), as they plan to escape from their wives again after four years.
The sequel will also star Ankush Hazra, Anirban Bhattacharya, Nusraat Faria, Rudranil Ghosh, Sohini Sarkar, and Priyanka Sarkar, in pivotal roles.
