NU on-campus Honours admission result released

The results of the on-campus Bachelor (Honours) programme for 2023-2024 academic year at the National University have been released. In the second batch, a total of 184 students will get admission in four subjects.

The first merit list and waiting list were published on the university website on Thursday. Applicants can check the result by visiting the admission website of the university. Honors courses in four subjects—LLB, BBA, Tourism and Hospitality Management and Nutrition and Food Science.

In the notification, the National University said that the date of interview and commencement of class activities of the finally selected students will be informed in due course through the notification. Earlier, filling of initial application form started online from February 6 and the deadline for two rounds of application was extended till April 3.

It is to be noted that after the application process of the on-campus honors program was completed, the Ministry of Education issued a letter to stop this programme conducted in the national university's own campus following the application of the UGC. 

Later the UGC after considering the risk to the academic life of 160 students for 1st batch and reviewing the National University Act lifted the ban and issued a no-objection letter. Now there is no legal impediment to continue the on-campus honors program of the National University.
