The 2nd committee of Bangladesh Young Column Writers Forum was formed in Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU) and this was announced on September 3 through a press release.
Nusrat Jahan Bithi from Department of Fisheries and Marine Science has been selected as the President of the committee while Abdul Kabir Farhan from Bangladesh and Liberation War Studies has been selected as the General Secretary. Both of them are students of 2017-18 session of the university.
According to the press release, the committee has been approved for the next one year as per the decision of the central committee. Besides, the newly elected president and general secretary have been directed to form full committee and submit it to the central office within seven working days.
It is to be mentioned that Bangladesh Young Column Writers Forum started its journey on July 23, 2018. The organization organizes seminars, workshops on writing to motivate university and college students to write articles on different topics and improve their skill.
