NRBC Bank will disburse loan facility to expatriates for construction of houses/apartments in Bangladesh. For this purpose special 'Home Loan' product has been launched. Under this product, expatriates can take loan facilities and pay loan installments from abroad.
These loan installments can be paid in foreign currency. NRBC Bank has signed an agreement with the American company Framework Finance LLC to bring this service to the doorsteps of expatriates.
The signing ceremony took place at NRBC Bank head office. Under this agreement Framework Finance LLC will act as channel partner for Non Resident Bangladeshi (NRBs) who are interested to invest in the real estate industry in Bangladesh as well as arranging loan facility for the NRBs.
Md. Rabiul Islam, Managing Director & CEO (Current Charge), NRBC Bank PLC and Azadul Haq, Managing Director, Framework Finance signed the MoUs from respective parties.
Among the others Harunur Rashid, DMD & COO, Kazi Md. Safayet Kabir , SEVP & Head of Retail Banking Division, Ariful Haque, Manager, FFL were also present in the event.
