The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on 27 June 2024 at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel.
The Bank has declared 10% cash dividend for general shareholders and 6% cash dividend for sponsors & directors for the year 2023.
Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. Among others Vice Chairman, Golam Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Motior Rahman, other Directors, Bayzun Nahar Chowdhury, Mohammed Jahed Iqbal, Dr. Rahman & Shareholders, Managing Director & CEO (CC) Md. Omar Faruk Khan and Company Secretary Md Rezaul Karim also attended the meeting.
Some directors & shareholders were present physically while others attended virtually.
