Deputy Minister of Education Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Nawfel has said that there is no scope for any allegation of irregularities as a result of selling products at fair prices through family cards.
The Deputy Minister said this while visiting the Zahur Hawkers Market, which was damaged in the fire on Sunday. As a local MP, he provided financial assistance to the affected shopkeepers.
Deputy Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Nawfel said, ‘TCB has started selling consumer goods at fair prices through cards across the country. In Chittagong, more than 1.5 million families have received cards. There were allegations of irregularities in the purchase of TCB products by more than one person or the sale of TCB dealers outside without giving the products to the customers. As a result of selling goods through cards, there is no opportunity to complain about irregularities. '
