AKM Enamul Haque Shamim, deputy minister for water resources and former organizing secretary of the Awami League said to BNP, said there was no point in uniting by keeping rats (corrupt entities) inside the house. There is Jamaat inside the house of BNP, there is anti-independence, there are grenade attackers on 21st August, there are leaders who embezzled orphans, there are money smugglers, there are convicted accused. Each leader of BNP speaks one thing, one leader suspects another leader. One leader calls another leader an agent of the government.
He made the comment on Saturday, in Kedarpur, Bhumkhara, Chamta, Dingamanik, Charatra, Naropara and Sakhibipur of Shariatpur, in Charbhaga and DMkhali Union, on behalf of "Ratnagarbha Begum Ashrafunnesa Foundation" and Awami League, while distributing clothes to 6 thousand helpless people.
Deputy Minister Enamul Haque said, “Even the top leaders of BNP are ineligible to participate in the elections. They again called for national unity. The people of this country do not think of them anymore, the people of this country do not have time to think about the corrupt BNP and their party leaders. Their call for national unity has created humor among the people.”
He said the people of this country are united under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu. People will never fall into the trap of BNP again. If they want to check your popularity, you have to participate in the election.
“In order to come to power, BNP has to go to the people and participate in the elections under the Election Commission. No matter how much you conspire, swearing to foreign lords, there will be no gain. No foreign lord can pull them in power. Leader of the people Sheikh Hasina will come to power for the fifth time with the verdict of the people to maintain the continuity of development and progress,” he said.
