Bangladesh Police's brilliant police officer Machum Ahmed Bhuya, PPM has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police of traditional Mymensingh district. He is currently working as Police Superintendent of Jaipurhat district. Machum Ahmed Bhuya was appointed in a notification signed on August 3 by Dhananjay Kumar Das, deputy secretary of the police-1 branch of the public security department of the home ministry.
He obtained Honors and Masters degree with honors in English from Dhaka University. After passing the 25th BCS examination, Machum Ahmed Bhuya joined the Bangladesh Police as an Assistant Superintendent of Police. After that he served as Senior Assistant Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police, Superintendent of Police in various important places.
He was promoted as Superintendent of Police while serving as Additional Superintendent of Police of Dhaka District and served as Deputy Commissioner in DMP. Machum Ahmed Bhuya was appointed as the first SP of the 25th batch of Jaipurhat district.
Machum Ahmed Bhuya holds a Post Graduation on Applied Human Rights from the University of York, UK. Apart from this, he participated in various domestic and foreign trainings to acquire professional skills. He was awarded PPS Seva and IGP Exemplary Good Service Award for meritorious achievements in service life.
Machum Ahmed Bhuya was born in a noble family of Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria district. His wife is a doctor. He is the father of one son and one daughter.
