After a long wait of millions of passengers in the greater Mymensingh region, finally Bangladesh Railway is going to start a new horizon for Mymensingh-Chittagong-Mymensingh route. Mymensingh-Chittagong-Mymensingh train service will start from Monday,
14th February.
The 786/785 intercity Bijoy Express train is will be operating with Chinese coaches instead of traditional coaches.
These coaches also have 6 air-conditioned sophisticated bogies. As a result, after fifty years of independence, Chittagong-Mymensingh train service for the first time is offering air-conditioned carriage for the passengers of this route. Railway officials are hoping to get more improved passenger services.
