The National Primary Education Medal Competition 2024 was held in Jhenaidahin festive way.
Jhenaidah District Primary Education Office organized the daylong programme at the Bir Shreshtha Sepoy Hamiduir Rahman Stadium on Saturday morning. Presided over by District Primary Education Officer (DPEO) in Jhenaidah Ananda Kishore Saha, Additional deputy commissioner (ADC, general) Rathindra Nath Roy attended the programme as chief guest. He had inaugurated the day hoisting national flag.
Primary level learners from different schools had participated in the competition. ADC Rathindra Nath Roy in his speech during the inaugural session said the minor children are the future of our generation who will grow as good citizens completing their study and paly role in nation development activities with morality and ethics under the guidance of their teachers in educational institutions and guardians at home. He appreciated games and sports of the students and encouraged them to practice the same as much as they cand do abide their study.
