The cover unveiling ceremony of the book ‘Markin Juktorastrer Sorkar Rajnitee o Nirbachoni Babosthya (United States’ Government Politics and Electoral Process), written by young writer, translator and intellectual Nasar Amin, was held on Sunday (February 23). The ceremony was held at EMK centre at Dhanmoni in the capital.
Dr Badiul Alam Majumder, secretary of Sushashoner Jonno Nagorik (Sujan), Mohammad Aynul Islam, associate professor of Political Science dept of Dhaka University, and Shahadat Hossain, joint district and sessions judge, unveiled cover of the book at the function.
Researchers, writers, journalists and readers were present at the ceremony, which was moderated by writer Salma Luna. Suchipatra Publication published the book. Chief Executive of the publication Sayeed Bari delivered the welcome speech, while writer Nasar Amin spoke on the book.
