The ‘Mujib Corner’ and ‘Sheikh Russell Computer Lab’ set up in Eastern Refinery Model High School at the initiative of Eastern Refinery Limited (ERL) have recently inaugurated. ERL Managing Director Engineer Md Lokman presided over the function.
The chief guest was BPC Chairman ABM Azad NDC. Special guests were BPC Director (Operations and Planning) Syed Mehdi Hasan, BPC Secretary Lal Hossain.

Also present were ERL senior officials, teachers and students of Eastern Refinery Model High School. ERL official Md Manjed Ali conducted the meeting in a calm manner. The inaugural address was delivered by the headmaster of the school Md Mohiuddin.
BPC chairman said the students should be briefed on various aspects of the lives of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Sheikh Russell. He called upon the students to build themselves through hard perseverance and come forward in the service of patriotism.
Later, he distributed prizes among the winners of various competitions organized on the occasion of 'Birth Centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children's Day-2021' and inaugurated 'Mujib Corner' and 'Sheikh Russell Computer Lab'.
