A newly constructed academic building built at a cost of Tk 78 lakh was inaugurated at Mrigmari Government Primary School in Jibannagar upazila of Chuadanga on Sunday afternoon.
MP from Chuadanga-2 constituency Haji Mohammad Ali Azgar Tagar officially inaugurated the new academic building as the chief guest.
Speaking as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony, he said the government is making utmost efforts to create a better country by creating a conducive learning environment in all educational institutions.
Journalist Monirul Islam, President of the school board presided over the programme while Jibannagar Upazila Awami League president Md. Golam Mortuza, General Secretary Md. Nazrul Islam and others spoke as special guests.
