National Film Award winning Dhallywood actress Zakia Bari Mamo has already gained a lot of praise by presenting herself in different roles in each film. This time the actress will be seen in a whole new character, as a freedom fighter in director, producer Khijir Hayat Khan’s upcoming film based on liberation war titled 'Ora Shatjon', currently the shooting of the film is taking place in Sylhet.
On Monday, the actress has posted a picture of her heroic look on social media. Many are praising her new look in the film. Momo from Sylhet said, 'This is first time I am acting in a film about liberation war story. The story is awesome and I have never done anything like this before. A kind of passion for the liberation war works all the time that’s why this film is very important to me. I will try my best to make the character flourish.’
The shooting of 'Ora Shatjon' started in Sylhet from last September. The work is almost at an end and there are six more days of shooting left, added the actress. After that she will return to Dhaka.

Regarding her experience of acting in the film she said, 'Work, time, unit — all in all, I'm going through a great experience. We are shooting near the border. Great location. My character's name in this film is Aparna Sen. Stay tuned for now, I will tell the rest after retuning back to Dhaka.'
Along with Momo, Intekhab Dinar will be seen as Dr Saad as one of the seven freedom fighters. Khijir Hayat Khan as Major Lutfar, Safi as Sub Inspector Saif, Shahriar Ferdous Sajeeb as Sergeant Muktadir, Imtiaz Barshan as Solaiman Kazi, Nafiz Ahmed as Sumit and Nazrul Sinit as Nazrul in the film.
According to the director the character of Momo as Aparna Sen is very important in the film. Undoubtedly, Momo is a very good actress and I believe her performance in this film will also impress the audience.
Momo starrer Ashfaque Nipun’s web series titled ‘Mohanagar’ has been highly praised in two Bengalis. Although her last released film titled ‘Sphulingo’ was not a commercial success, but captivated the audience with her performance; she already gained a lot of praise by presenting herself in different roles in each film.
