The committee of 'Model Press Club Chapainawabganj' has been formed. This committee was formed with the unanimous consent of the members in a meeting at the temporary office of the Press Club at Bishwa Road on Friday (January 19).
Md Rabiul Alam Tutul, the district representative of popular national daily Ajker Business Bangladesh, was elected president and Esum Sakhawat Jamil Dolan, district representative of Banglavision, was elected General Secretary.
Others elected are Vice President Setaur Rahman (Rajdhani TV), Associate Editor Habibullah Sipan (Editor--Nachol News), Organizing Secretary Zarif Hossain (Dainik Navchetna), Finance and Department Secretary Yasin Arafat (Swadesh Bichitra), Information and Publicity Editor Safiqul Islam (Dhaka Post) and Executive Member Aminul Haque (Newspaper).
Newly elected president Md Rabiul Alam Tutul presided over the meeting and members Shahadat Hossain (Sabuz Nishan), Hanif Mehmud (Voice of the Day), Zahid Hasan (Aram Matbhumi), Asadullah Soni (Movie Bangla TV) and Abu Hanjala (Alokit Pratidin) were present in the meeting.
Later the members welcomed the newly elected committee.
