“From 11:00 am today, internet speed slowed down further,” he added.
Based on his opinion when this correspondent tried to know about internet connectivity and speed status in Chattogram and Rajshahi, similar replies were found. Many users living in the main areas of the city have said that they get little connection but those who are living in rural areas are not able to access internet.
Not only Chattogram or Rajshahi, the users of the capital city have also faced the same situation despite the resumption of internet services.
According to mobile users, they are not getting message from mobile operators while few of them who have got message and data are not able to use it.

Following the resumption of mobile internet, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel, Teletalk, Grameenphone have provided free data packs to their customers. But due to slow internet speed, they are facing difficulties in browsing different sites.
When this correspondent tried to contact the spokesperson for Association of Mobile Telecom Operators of Bangladesh (AMTOB), he did not answer the call.
Chairman of the Bangladesh Freelancing Development Society (BFDS) Dr. Tanjiba Rahman told Bangladesh Post, “Even internet connection has resumed in the country, we are not getting the speed that we need to complete our tasks. We urge the government to give us a special connection from a hub for our registered companies and members so that our image is not tarnished abroad.”
