Razia was a member of the Bangladesh SAFF U-18 champion team. She was also in BFF camp later dropped from the camp as her performance deteriorated. But she played in the women's league.

Women footballers who are not in the BFF’s residential camp do not provided enough benefits. They have to spend their days with various difficulties when Mithila also had to live under so many difficulties, specially, through enormous financial crisis.

BFF cannot maintain communications with the players, who left the camp. Even there is no provision of the National Sports Council (NSC) and Sports Ministry of providing assistance during their tough time or for the treatment of athletes.
