Agriculture Minister Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque and Secretary for Agriculture Md. Nasiruzzaman expressed deep grief and condolence over the death of Bogura district Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture Extension, Agriculturist Md Abul Kashem Azad.
On Sunday, through separate condolence messages, they prayed for the forgiveness of the departed soul of Md Abul Kashem Azad and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
In his condolence message, the Agriculture Minister said Abul Kashem Azad has made significant contribution to the development of agriculture by performing his duties very actively during his tenure. Even during this difficult time of Corona, he has worked alongside the farmers in agricultural services.
His role in agriculture will be remembered by all, including the agriculturists of this country.
The officer of the 4th batch of BCS (Agriculture) cadre of the Department of Agriculture Extension Md. Abul Kashem Azad, from Sirajganj, Deputy Director, Department of Agricultural Extension of Bogura died of Covid-19 infection, while undergoing treatment. He is survived by his wife, two sons and numerous admirers.
