The 45th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day was observed at Milestone College with due respect and solemnity on Saturday, August 15.
On the occasion an elaborated programmes were taken which included hoisting of national flag at half-mast, wearing black badges, prayer and memorial discussion etc.
A special memorial discussion and prayer ceremonies were held in compliance with hygiene due to the covid epidemic at Milestone College Campus on the occasion.
Principal of Milestone College Lt. Colonel M. Kamaluddin Bhuiyan (retd) and Administrative Director Md. Masud Alam were present as honorable guest at the programme. Vice-principals, Departmental heads, All teacher, officers and stuffs attended the program obeying hygiene rules.
