Singer Mila got bail on the acid attack case at her husband after surrendering it the court on Wednesday. She applied for the bail at the Dhaka Acid Suppression Tribunal court. Advocate Sahin Ahmed represented Mila on her behalf. State though objected to the bail.
Court after hearing both sides, granted Mila bail on a bond of 10 thousand taka. A warrant was issued against her regarding this case on February 11.
Reports said that Parvez was injured by an acid attack in 2019 June 2. Some unidentified miscreants threw acid at his body while he was at Uttara Sector 3. More than 8pc of his body got burned. His father SM Nasir Uddin filed a case at Uttara West Police Station on June 4.
Mila and Parvez got married at May, 2017. But the relation between them got cold after couple of months. They got divorced after six month, in September. From them, both accused each other on many issues.
