Mercantile Bank PLC. donated fertilizer among 150 fermars at Keraniganj in Dhaka on Saturday from the special CSR fund of the bank.
M. Amanullah, Director of the bank and Chairman, Mercantile Exchange House (UK) Limited handed over the fertilizer to the farmers as the chief guest. Bank’s Managing Director & CEO Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury presided over the ceremony.
Md. Mukitul Kabir, VP & Head of Corpaorate Affairs Division, Mohammad Shafruzzaman Khan, FVP & Head of Agriculture Credit Division, Md Sana Ullah FVP & Head of Abdullahpur branch, Mohammad Abdul Hamid Shohag, FAVP & PRO of MBPLC and the farmers were also present on the occasion.
