As the entertainment industry grapples with ongoing challenges, from political unrest to natural calamities, a glimmer of excitement is on the horizon. OTT platform Chorki is set to uplift spirits with its new web film, ‘Forget Me Not’, premiering on September 5.
Part of the acclaimed ‘Ministry of Love’ project, which has previously delivered hits like ‘Something Like an Autobiography’, ‘Monogamy’, and ‘Kacher Manush Dure Thuiya’, ‘Forget Me Not’, is directed by the talented Robiul Alam Robi. Known for his exceptional storytelling and engaging dialogues in web series such as ‘Unloukik’ and ‘Cafe Desire’, Robi is poised to enchant audiences once again with his latest venture.
While details about the film remain under wraps, Robi has expressed hope that ‘Forget Me Not’ will offer viewers solace and emotional comfort. "If my film can bring that comfort, then I'll be happy", he mentioned in a recent press note.
The film stars the dynamic duo Mehazabien Chowdhury and Yash Rohan, who are joined by Bijori Barkatullah and Irfan Sajjad, among others. This marks their second collaboration on a web platform, following their appearance together in the 2022 Hoichoi web series ‘Sabrina’, directed by Ashfaque Nipun.
The release of the film’s poster has already generated significant buzz, with fans eagerly awaiting its debut. Despite the turbulence of the past months, ‘Forget Me Not’ promises to deliver a captivating and heartfelt experience to its viewers, making it a must-watch for September.
