A sharing meeting on solving the local problems following coronavirus was held in Jhenidah on Tuesday. Jhenaidah district administration organized the sharing in the conference room of the deputy commissioner.
Presided over by deputy commissioner Saroj Kumar Nath in the chair, superintendent of police Mohammad Hasanuzzaman, civil surgeon Dr. Salina Begum, Jhenidah municipality mayor, also Bangladesh Awami League Jhenidah district unit general secretary Saidul Karim Mintu, Bangladesh Army officials, representatives of various government and non-government organizations and people’s representatives were present.
The speakers said the district administration and health department have been conducting announces and awareness programmes to prevent the Novel Corona Virus with local efforts. They have also advised the people to avoid mass gathering at any place. Stern action will be taken against anyone who violates the government decision, they warned.
