The admission process for vacant seats in MBBS courses at private medical colleges for the academic year 2023-24 has begun. According to a notification from the Department of Health Education, this process started on Tuesday (October 1) and will continue until October 9.
Students who were selected through online applications based on merit and preference have been included in a list for admission. The list, which is attached to the notification, was prepared according to the rules and regulations set by the Department. Selected students must contact the office of the principal at their respective private medical colleges to complete the admission process within office hours from October 1 to October 9.
The principals of these colleges will oversee the admission procedure and ensure that the students complete all formalities within the given time frame. Once the admission process is completed, the principals must send both a soft copy and a hard copy of the admitted students’ list to the Department of Health Education by October 10.
The soft copy of the list must be emailed to medicaledu313@gmail.com, while the hard copy should be sent to the department's office. This ensures that the admission process is documented and that the vacant seats are filled properly for the current academic year.
This admission process offers an opportunity for students who are still looking to secure a spot in private medical colleges for their MBBS studies in the 2023-24 academic year.
