Job Context: R&R Aviation Ltd, a largest privately owned general aviation operator in Bangladesh is seeking vibrant, ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join its Corporate Communication Team.
Position: Manager Corporate Communication.
Number of Vacancies: 01 (One).
Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to enhance the company's corporate image and reputation.
- To improve workers and management relationship home & abroad, communication with aviation staff, delegates and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
- Communicate with the foreign companies to enhance the business in different sectors. Coordinate internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging to staff of the aviation
- Accountable for the Deal approval process.
- Support the Sales, Marketing, Customer services & Commercial Development teams within Corporate from a financial perspective.
- Use the output from the team’s analysis and models to develop performance insight and solutions to business challenges.
- To lead the long-term planning process, monthly reporting, quarterly re-forecasting for the business
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 35 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Candidate of Multi-lingual (English, French, Spanish and Germany) will get preference.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Experiences:
- 1-2 years
- Experience in public relation or related fields is required.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, preferably within the aviation industry or a related field.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or any discipline.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
