Police on Saturday night recovered three bodies of a family including a nine years of child from a rented room of a house at Vadail area of Ashulia in Savar, and suspects that they man might commit suicide after killing his wife and the child. Al Mamun Kobir, SI, Ashulia police station confirmed the matter.
The deceased were identified as Sobur Ali Mia, 28, his wife Rozina, 25, and their child Sumaiya, 09. They hailed from Chorgoruk Mondol village of Kurigram district. Local said, Sobur used to make living by pulling rickshaw, and lives at the area along with his family.
Shohid Ali, the younger brother of deceased Sobur Ali, said Sobur bought an auto-rickshaw with the amount of taka 60 thousands, collected by keeping a land mortgage and from his wife's little savings on last November 02, but the next day two fraudsters, stole the rickshaw around 1:30 PM from Jamgora area of Ashulia, pretending as passenger, on the next day. "Following the incident an argue took place later between Sobur and his wife, and we suspects Sobur might commit suicide later after killing them centering the issue", Shohid said.

Al Mamun Kobir, the SI, however, said they come to know the matter through a call from 999 and later recovered the bodies from the scene on Saturday night. but they did not know whether Sobur's auto-rickshaw was stole or not as nobody informed them such any matter to him.
"We are investigating into the issue, and everything will be know after complete the prob", Kobir said, adding that the bodies were sent to Shohid Suhrawardi Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Meanwhile, after talking to several auto-rickshaw puller and owner, it was know that often such incident happened in Savar, and they alleged police don't make importance such issues even after filing written complaints in most cases.
A case has been filed with Ashulia police station in this regards.
