Additional Secretary of the government, Md. Mahbubur Rahman has joined Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) as the Chairman.
Mahbubur Rahman is an officer of BCS (Adminiatration)Cadre of 11th Batch. He obtained BA (Honors)and post graduation in Geography from the University of Dhaka.
Prior to joining BSCIC, Mr. Mahbub served the Government Employee Hospital as Director, Secretary, Energy Regulatory Commission, Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Magura. Also discharged responsibility as UNO and in different position at field level.
