The highly anticipated ‘Legends of the Decade’ concert has been postponed. Originally set for at the evening of Friday, the event features popular acts like Pakistan’s Jal and Bangladesh’s Aurthohin and Vikings. Heavy rainfall across the country prompted the decision.
Assen Buzz, one of the event organisers, shared the news on their official Facebook page. They stated, "Due to continuous heavy rain over the past few days, our venue is in severely bad condition. Therefore, we must postpone the show for the safety of our audience."
They expressed gratitude for the public’s support and understanding, urging fans to stay tuned for updates.
A press conference held on September 26 at Le Méridien in Dhaka featured Jal’s frontman Goher Mumtaz, Aurthohin’s bassist Mark Don, and Vikings’ vocalist Tonmoy Tansen. They all expressed excitement about the concert.
The event was slated to take place at Dhaka Arena along the 300-foot Purbachal Highway, starting at 4 PM. Fans are eagerly awaiting news on the new date.
