Shahidul Alam, an acclaimed photographer delivered a lecture on the usage of visuals in citizen journalism at Rajshahi University on Tuesday. RU Mass Communication and Journalism department arranged the programme in collaboration with Germany’s leading provider of international media training DW Akademie.
On use of photographs and visuals in citizen journalism, Shahidul came up with a visual presentation. Professor Abdullah Al Mamun, head of Mass Communication and Journalism department presented ceremonial scarf more than 300 teachers and students of the department were present at the event.
