Musician Quazi Krishnokoli Islam and her band have released a new song titled "Bhalobashi Bhalobashi Bole" to honor martyrs who sacrificed their lives for a better future. The song, which calls for an end to class, gender, race, and religious discrimination, was released on YouTube on Monday night. Krishnokoli wrote, composed, and sang the song, capturing the spirit of love and equality.

The band members include Ahnaf Khan Anik on lead guitar, Arko Sumon on rhythm guitar, and Sudipta Bardhan Shubho on drums. The video was edited by Partha Sarathi Modak. The song’s tagline on YouTube reads, "This uprising of 2024 was achieved through the blood of students and ordinary people. Many lives were sacrificed in the hope of breaking free from years of suffocating oppression."

Krishnokoli shared that the song was written in 2017 and performed live but was never officially released until now. She felt the recent victory of the Anti Discrimination Movement, achieved through the united efforts of students and the public, was the right moment to share the song. She dedicated it to the martyrs who fought for a society filled with humanity, nature, and love.

Krishnokoli also opened up about the delay in releasing the song, explaining that she was deeply affected by the events of the movement, including the death of Zulfiqar Shakil, a young man from her school, "Amader Pathshala," who was killed during protests. Overcoing this emotional period, she finally released the song, aiming to keep the dream of a fair and loving world alive.
