T ollywood popular actress Koushani Mukherjee recently signed a Bangladeshi film titled ‘Piya Re’, opposite a promising actor from Bangladesh Shanto Khan. Directed by Pujan Majumder, the film is being produced by Shanto Khan's father, Selim Khan, founder of Shapla Media.
On Monday the actress has landed at Dhaka Airport and without any further delay she left for Chandpur, the shooting spot of the film. The producer of the film Selim Khan said, "Many people knows that the shooting of the film titled ‘Piya Re’ will take place in Pubail, but its location is Chandpur. So Koushani has left for Chandpur directly from the airport.

Koushani starts shooting the film in full force from September 28 along with actor Shanto Khan and the shooting will continue in Chandpur. Apart from them the film will also feature two veteran actors from Kolkata, Rajatava Dutta and Kharaj Mukherjee.
A special permit has been obtained from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to bring foreign artistes to work in the country's film industry.
