Popular actress of Tollywood Koushani Mukherjee is all set to make her debut in Bangladesh with Pujan Majumdar's film titled 'Priya Re'. She came to Bangladesh to shoot this film and returned to Kolkata on December 4 after completing the work. Before leaving, she has announced to act in three more films produced under Shapla Media.
The three films are Zakir Hossain Raju’s ‘Aartonad’ and Shamim Ahmed Rony directed ‘Mithai’ and ‘Soldier’. The shooting of 'Soldier' is scheduled to start from next April and with ‘Soldier’ the number of Koushani's films in Bangladesh stands at four.

Regarding this context Koushani said, “In this short period of time, I have become the daughter of Selim Khan Bhai’s family. Since the death of my mother he has been there for me all the time. I am quite satisfied with the first film produced by him. I hope the next two pictures will be quite good. Apart from that, Zakir Hossain Raju is talented director and I have worked with Shamim Ahmed Rony Bhai before.”
Koushani came to Dhaka on November 18 to shoot the second lot of film titled 'Priya Re'. She started shooting in Chandpur from the next day. After finishing the shoot on December 3 the actress returned to Dhaka and sang for the first time for her upcoming film titled “Tumi Emni Kore Thako” whih will be used in the promotion of the film. The song sung by the actress herself to the tune and music of Belal Khan.
