Five-time champions in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) football Bashundhara Kings have signed Soleman Diabate on loan from Mohammedan Sporting Club (MSC) for the AFC Challenge League.
The Challenge League will start from October 26. All group stage matches will be played at Changlimithang Stadium, Bhutan.
In addition to this forward from Mali, the BPL champions have also finalized Fortis FC's Uzbek defender Jasur Jumayev and Ivory Coast midfielder Charles Didier, who played for Kings last season.
The Kings' pre-season training started last August, but the two Brazilians Robson Robinho and Miguel Figueira have not yet joined the team. Club president Imrul Hasan said that they will soon join the team.
The Kings of BPL have got a place in 'A' group. Their opponents in the group are India's East Bengal, Lebanon's Nejmeh Sporting Club and Bhutan's Paro FC.
