The 30th Annual General Meeting of KDS Accessories Limited was held on Thursday at the Virtual Platform.
Chairman of the company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting while Managing Director Selim Rahman, Director Tahsina Rahman, Independent Director Professor Sarwar Jahan, Representative Director Kamrul Hasan, Auditor Representative, Independent Scrutinizer along with Company CEO DebashishDaspal, CFO BiplobKantiBanik, Company Secretary Manjure Khoda attended among others.
The Chairman of the Company sincerely thanked all the shareholders for their unwavering presence despite the special circumstances.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company this year, the Chairman of the company expressed his sincere gratitude on behalf of the company to all the stakeholders for their cooperation.
He hoped that KDS Accessories Limited would be able to achieve better results in the future with the full cooperation of the shareholders. The meeting approved 15% cash dividend for the last financial year and other matters including audited financial statements of the company for June 30, appointment of directors and independent directors and appointment of auditors for the next year. At the end of the meeting the activities of the managing director of the company were announced and the activities of the meeting were announced.
