In the context of the language movement, Munir Chowdhury's famous play ‘Kabar’ was staged at Chatmohar Upazila Parishad Auditorium in Pabna on Friday and Satyrday nights
‘Students Theater Art’ staged the play with dramatic lights and shadows.
Directed by Asaduzzaman Dulal, Samya acted as the leader, Ahsan Kabir Nihal as Hafiz, Safwat Rahman Safi as Murda Fakir, Asaduzzaman Dulal as Gore Khodok, Saharun Baishakhi as Murti-1, Jamia Shanta as Murti-2, Rupanti as Murti-3, Tanha as sister and Risalat acted as the guard.
Sheikh Ziarul Haque Sintu illuminated the play. A large number of spectators enjoyed the play for Tk 20 each.
