Pabna District Juba League in collaboration with one of the country's industrial group Square on Tuesday distributed food and tree materials to 850 more families in Dogachhi Union of Sadar Upazila. In the meantime, the food distribution program amid the coronavirus came to an end.
Since its inception, Juba League workers have delivered food items to a total of 20,000 families in collaboration with Square. The convener of the district Juba League, under the supervision of Ali Mortuza Biswas Soni and Joint Convener Shibli Sadiq, food items and a fruit tree were distributed to each family on the closing day at the Union Island High School field on Tuesday morning.
Utpal Mirza, former secretary of Pabna Press Club, SM Alam, publisher of online magazine Natun Chokh, Haji Sharif, deputy publicity secretary of district Awami League and local Awami League and Juba League leaders were present at the occasion.
Since the inception of Corona, in collaboration with Square Group, food items have been distributed to 20,000 families in 105 wards of 10 unions of Sadar Upazila including District Juba League Pabna Municipal Area.
