In preparation for the upcoming Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations set to commence on June 30, the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has issued a directive. According to the notification signed by Examination Controller Professor Md. Abul Bashar, all activities for classes VI to 10 will be temporarily suspended in centers where schools and colleges operate together.
The decision aims to ensure a conducive environment for HSC examinees during their crucial examinations. It has been emphasized that class activities for these grades will resume after the conclusion of the examinations, both on examination days and non-examination days. However, strict instructions have been issued to ensure that these activities do not disrupt the ongoing HSC examinations.
Concerned authorities have been urged to implement necessary measures in compliance with these instructions. The directive underscores the importance of maintaining the integrity and smooth conduct of the public examinations while also considering the educational needs of students in these joint school-college centers.
In light of these guidelines, students, teachers, and administrators are expected to cooperate to facilitate the successful completion of the HSC examinations without any disruptions. The education board's proactive measures seek to uphold the sanctity of the examination process while ensuring the continued academic progress of students at all levels.
