The new committee of Jhenaidah District Football Players’ Association was formed in the office of the districts sports association (DSA) on Thursday night.
Raisul Islam Asad was elected president, while Sultan Ali Biswas general secretary of the committee. Abu Sayed Kabir and Ahsan Liton were elected vice presidents, while Sazzad Hossain Sabbir was elected joint secretary, Sohan Hossain organizing secretary, Bappaaraj Islam publicity secretary and Habibul Bashar Sumon as treasurer.
People from all walks of life has welcomed the newly committee for better performances in football in the district, DSA sources said.
