Cadres of Jamaat-Shibir and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, the student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, have allegedly been instigating the protesters to become violent to turn the ongoing anti-quota movement into an anti-government movement to implement their deep-rooted plan.

Instead of paying any heed to the request of the teachers, Shibir cadres carried out attacks on the teachers with iron rods and bamboo sticks, leaving them injured badly.
