The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Janata Exchange Company SRL, Italy, a subsidiary of Janata Bank, was recently held in Rome.
MD & CEO of Janata Bank PLC Md. Abdul Jabbar was present as Chairman of the Board in the meeting.
Md. Al Amin and Giovanni Imbergemo as members of the company's board of directors, Stefano Pavan as the chairman of the board of auditors and Md. Mahbubur Rahman, DGM of the foreign remittance department were participated in the AGM.
In the meeting, decisions were taken on other matters including approval of the balance sheet of 2023.
Besides, MD & CEO Md. Abdul Jabbar was present as the chief guest at the customer meeting held in Rome, Italy on March 3 and Milan on March 6.
