A meeting of Janata Bank PLC’s ethics committee was held on Wednesday at the bank’s head office.
Abdul Jabbar, Managing Director of the bank, presided over the first quarter meeting of the fiscal year 2024-25.
He urged all those employed in the bank to purify themselves and perform their duties on time with honesty, ethics and efficiency.
He gave instructions to establish good governance in the bank and build ‘Sonar Bangla’ by following the existing rules and regulations with transparency and accountability.
DMD of the bank Golam Mortuza, Md. Faiz Alam, Md. Nurul Islam Majumdar and Md. Nurul Alam, General Managers and other executive officers were present in the meeting.
