Relief was distributed among the poor and the helpless at Dinajpur stadium ground on Wednesday at the initiative and funding of Jamuna Bank Foundation and under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner and police super.
The relief was delivered by Dinajpur Deputy Commissioner Md. Mahmudul Alam, Police Super Md. Anwar Hossain, Additional Police Super Headquarters Circle Sujan Sarkar, OC Md. Mozaffar Hossain, OC Md. Bazlur Rashid, OC Md. Asadzaman Asad and S.I. Abdul Malek.
Md. Ariful Islam, General Secretary, Md. Noor Islam Noyon, Organizing Secretary, The journalists of the Mokarram Hossain Organ Association were also present.
At the time, a VP of Dinajpur district branch of Jamuna Bank Foundation was present on behalf of the doundation. Mojahidul Islam, SPO Md. Kamaruzzaman Sarkar, SPO Shamsul Rahman of Setabganj Branch, Executive Officer Shah Alam Sardar, Officer Ghulam Kibria, Officer Md. Other journalists including Mahafizur Rahman, Fast Officer Husne Mubarak and Assistant Officer Rashedul Islam were present at the time.
AVP Md. Mojahidul Islam of Dinajpur District Branch of Jamuna Bank Foundation and SPO Md. Kamruzzaman Sarker said that, Jamuna Bank Foundation has stood by the poor people and continues to distribute relief to all parts of the country and it will continue in the future.
