A signing ceremony between Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) and Dhaka Bank Limited took place at IUB campus in Dhaka recently. Professor Milan Pagon, vice chancellor (acting), IUB and Emranul Huq, managing director (current charge), Dhaka Bank exchanged a signed agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.
Under the agreement, IUB students will be able to pay tuition and other relevant fees at any Dhaka Bank branch across the country with effect from January 2020.
IUB Trustee and Chairman, Finance Committee, Javed Hosein; Treasurer Khandker Md Iftekhar Haider; Registrar, Md Anwarul Islam; Director Finance, Kazi Md Husamuddin and senior officials of IUB and Dhaka Bank Limited were present on the occasion.
